If your school or organization participates in our email communication program, the email address on file with your child at the school will also receive an email when the picture is ready to view online. The email will include the Unique Order Code and a link to our website where you will be able to view, save and order the picture. Emails are sent shortly after Picture Day for each event.
Please note: The decision to participate in our email communication program is made by the schools on behalf of their parents/guardians. If you have children at multiple schools, communication methods may differ depending on the decision of the schools. Incorrect data will impact your ability to receive email communication. Please check the data you have on file with the school to ensure your email address is listed correctly.
If your school opted for a Proof program:

Order Flyers should arrive at the school approximately 10-14 days after Picture Day.
