How you receive your child's Unique Order Code depends on a few factors, such as when you placed your order and the specific programs your school has chosen. Here is a quick guide on what you can expect:
If you preordered pictures: Keep an eye out for a Photo Statement! It will be sent home in an envelope with your child approximately four weeks after Picture Day, and it will have your Unique Order Code printed right on it.
If you haven't preordered pictures: Not a problem! Your child will bring home an 8x10 slip from school about four weeks after Picture Day. This slip will display a preview of your child's picture along with their Unique Order Code. Simply enter this code on our website to view the full picture and place your order.
If your school opted for a Proof program: You will receive an Order Flyer or an email with all the details you need to view, save, and order your child's pictures. Order Flyers typically arrive at the school 10 to 14 days after Picture Day.
Email Notifications: If your school participates in our email communication program, we will also send a notification directly to the email address you have on file with the school! This email is usually sent shortly after Picture Day and includes your Unique Order Code and a convenient link to view and order your photos online.
A quick note on emails: Schools independently decide whether to participate in the email program, so communication methods may vary if you have children at different schools. To ensure you receive our emails, please double-check that your contact information is up-to-date with your school's office.
Still waiting on your code? If it has been more than four weeks since Picture Day and you haven't received your information, please request a Unique Order Code here. We'll be happy to help!
