A Digital Download Product should be claimed immediately after receiving your Photo Statement. After claiming your download, it will be stored indefinitely in the Downloads section of your account. From here, you can access the download file and copyright release. Unclaimed Digital Download Products may no longer be available after one calendar year from the date the order was placed.
