Some Class Pictures are delivered later in the school year, separately from Picture Packages and some arrive in the Picture Package. Check the Photo Statement that comes with your prints to see which situation applies to you.
If your Photo Statement looks like the one below, the Class Picture you ordered will be delivered and distributed by the school later in the school year. Class pictures are often delivered in early spring, but this depends on our agreement with your school.
If your Photo Statement looks like the one below, your Class Picture should be included in your Picture Package. If it is not, please contact Customer Service.
