Most likely you have an email address on file with the school that is different from the email address you used to place your order. This is probably why you received an email asking you to order. We send emails to preview your child's picture to each email address on file for the student. If the order was placed under a different email address, we will send a maximum of two additional emails to the email address not associated with the order. To confirm receipt of an online order, visit the Order History section in your account to verify your order has been received. If you do not see your order in Order History, we do not have your order.
If you placed an order by envelope, paying by cash or check, talk to an Agent to confirm receipt of your order.
