When ordering with an Event Order Code (6-7 characters) after Picture Day, you might receive a message that says:
"We couldn't find Jenny Jones in our records for ABC School. Is there another way the name may be on file with the school? Please try again."
This means that based on the information entered we were unable to find your child's picture for that event. Many times, it is a matter of entering their legal name versus a nickname. We ask that you enter your child's name as it is on file with the school. Other times, it could mean that the grade entered doesn't match the grade we have in our data. With this in mind, going back and reviewing the information entered, including School Name and Event, usually allows you to proceed to the ordering process. However, if you are not able to get past this point, we ask that you complete our lookup order code process. Our automated process will run a system search for the picture you are looking for. If no results are found, a Customer Service Agent will be in contact with you.
