There are several reasons why an Order Code may not work. A specific error message stating why an Order Code does not work will display. Please keep in mind, when entering the Order Code, that we use the numeral zero (0) and not the letter O and the numeral one (1) and not the letter l (l). Prepay Order Codes, which are generic Order Codes used to order before Picture Day, can be looked up at https://inter-state.com/FlyerEntry/Lookup.
To request a unique Order Code for your child after Picture Day, visit https://inter-state.com/support/coderequest. Please allow 2-3 weeks after Picture Day for codes to become available.
