Here is what you need to do in order to participate in the Retake Picture Day event:
First, let the school know your child will be participating in the Retake Picture Day event.
Then, return the Picture Package envelope and its contents to the photographer on Retake Day.
- Do not return the Class Picture or Yearbook, if your original order included these items. These items will not be included in your new package if already produced.
- Customers who ordered Digital Download Products only should still have a Picture Package envelope with a Photo Statement to return.
The items originally ordered will be reproduced using the new Retake picture and shipped to school four weeks after Retake Day.
We cannot exchange your order with the Retake picture until the Picture Package envelope and its contents have been returned.
